The cooking class has been very enjoyable this year and I have learnt more recipes and techniques than ever before. Not only is it a space to learn it’s also a space to socialise and spend time with my friends. Over the weeks we have learned to make staple Thai dishes, which aren’t only easy to recreate but also taste amazing.

In the lessons I learnt how to cook lots of different Thai foods in a happy and relaxed environment. The taste of the dishes were amazing with so many flavours rushing through your mouth. I achieved a lot during the lessons learning how to prepare different foods as well as cooking them. The friend’s in the lesson helped to make it more enjoyable as we had fun while learning.
