Welcome to Our Thai Cookery School in Blindley Heath
 
Lessons take place in a beautiful home setting, with a lovely garden and a light-filled conservatory where the magic happens. Located in Blindley Heath—nestled between Oxted and Lingfield—our Thai cookery school offers a hands-on experience that’s fun, relaxed, and bursting with flavour.
 
With a maximum of six students per class, there’s plenty of space to learn, ask questions, and stir things up (literally). Whether you're a complete beginner or a confident home cook, you’ll feel right at home in our spacious kitchen.

Each class runs for around 3 hours and is held on Fridays and Saturdays (see our class schedule). The cost is £90 per person, which includes all ingredients, expert tuition, recipe cards, and—best of all—you’ll take home everything you cook. Expect to learn 3 dishes that you can easily recreate at home.
